“The person at check-in was very pleasant and helpful and quickly brought up missing sheets for the pull-out sofa. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. The ability to check bags after check-out for a few hours while exploring the city was easy and extremely helpful. The location was excellent for seeing the city and access to both the train station and the port.”

“This hotel is in a beautiful location and looks lovely , however most of the staff were not helpful at all and I found them rude there is a pool but on arrival we were told this is not for children and very small the spa was not accessible and closed Sunday and Monday and you have to pay to use it around £18 per person the family room was comfy but we had to change to 2 small rooms as we had a 18 year old and we really struggled to sleep in this small rooms as the beds have thin mattresses which……
